On September 26, 2025, the Department of Basic Sciences conducted the Parent-Teachers Association meeting for all classes of B.Sc. The purpose of the meeting was to give awareness about the academic performance of the students and to make the students to prepare for the final university examination. All the staff members of Basic Science Department communicated with the parents.
The Science Programme Head, Dr. Asha Kiran Pakkala shared the insights on the student’s academic performance and overall progress. Principal Dr. Premalatha V. presided over the function. Mrs. Keerthi, Head, Department of Mathematics played the role of maintaining the flow of the program. Mrs. Roopashri K. P., Head, Department of Chemistry welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Sukalatha, Department of Physics gave the information regarding the structure of examinations. Mrs. Sushama. C, Head, Department of Zoology proposed the vote of thanks.
Total 47 parents participated in this meeting. Specific feedback was shared on individual students’performance and attendance, encouraging more focused monitoring and support from home. Parents became better informed about institutional policies, curriculum updates and examination patterns.
