Association of Chemistry Teachers (ACT), C/o Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Mumbai conducted a Concept Test in Chemistry (CONTECH) for undergraduate students throughout the nation to assess the conceptual understanding in chemistry since 2010. Department of Chemistry of our College took an initiative to conduct the CONTECH -15 Exam in our College to assess the learning of B.Sc students. The Concept test was held on August 31, 2015 in Room No. 7, 14, & 40 . 91 students from II and III year BSC stream registered for the exam and 89 students appeared for the same. Students answered 80 MCQ questions. Results for this exam was announced on September 15, 2015. 51 out of 89 students are awarded merit certificate from Indian Association of Chemistry Teachers.
