Poster-Making Activity on the topic “Science and Myth”

The Department of Chemistry organized a Poster-Making Activity on the topic “Science and Myth” on April 22, 2026, in the Chemistry Laboratory.

A total of 16 students participated in the activity. The students were divided into 8 teams, with 2 students in each team. Each team prepared creative and informative posters highlighting the differences between scientific facts and common myths, bringing out awareness through visual representation.

The participants displayed great enthusiasm and creativity while presenting their ideas. The activity encouraged students to think critically, analyze misconceptions, and express scientific concepts effectively through illustrations and explanations. It also helped in improving their presentation skills and teamwork.

The activity was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Roopashri K. P., Head of the Department of Chemistry, and Mrs. Soujanya D. Their support and supervision ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the activity.

Overall, the Poster-Making Activity was engaging and informative, providing students with an opportunity to explore scientific truths and creatively communicate them.
