The Center for PG Studies in Computer Applications (MCA) organized “IoT EXPO – Data.Devices.Decisions” on March 23–24, 2026, with the aim of showcasing innovative prototypes of smart devices designed for real-world applications. The Expo served as a platform for students to demonstrate their technical knowledge, creativity, and practical implementation skills in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded systems.
The programme was inaugurated by Sri Suresh Kamath, Vice President, CHS Association, in the presence of Sri CA M. Jagannath Kamath, Correspondent of the college; Sri K. Shivananda Shenoy, Manager; Dr. Deepthi Nayak, Administrative Officer; and Dr. Premalatha V, Principal. A total of 11 projects were presented by second-year MCA students, focusing on innovative and practical IoT solutions. The projects were evaluated by Sri Gopalakrishna Bhat Kakunje from Kakunje Software Solution Ltd. and Sri Deepak Srivathsa, who appreciated the students’ efforts and provided valuable feedback.
A total of 37 students actively participated in the Expo by presenting their projects, and around 50 students and faculty members visited the exhibition, making it an engaging and interactive academic event.
