The Centre for Postgraduate Studies in Commerce organized a skill-building session on Confidence Building through Group Discussion on March 31, 2026, at 2:30 PM in Room No. 22, Canara College, Mangaluru. The programme was conducted by CA Giridhar Kamath, Special Invitee from the Governing Council of the Canara High School Association, Mangaluru. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Swathi Nayak, PG Coordinator, and faculty members Ms. Sneha Pai and Ms. Shwetha Pai, under the guidance of Principal Dr. Premalatha V. The session was hosted by Ms. Ankitha of II M.Com.
A total of 60 students attended the session and listened to the resource person’s insights on how to effectively attend and participate in a group discussion. The talk emphasized practical strategies, confidence building techniques, and the importance of clear communication in academic and professional contexts.
