Water analysis activity is focused on providing a reliable, ongoing water and sanitation service and support to the communities around the world who suffer needlessly from lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation. The Department of Chemistry organized an activity on analysis of water for II B.com, Chemistry open elective students on November 27, 2023 at 3.30 PM in chemistry laboratories. This activity gave access to laboratories for elective students to study theoretical concepts via experimentation. A total of 36 students actively participated and determined the contamination in water. . This activity helped them to prepare solutions in the laboratory. During this activity they could apply their theoretical knowledge of pH, alkalinity and acidity of water. Students were enthusiastically involved and showed interest in doing this activity.
