India celebrates Children’s Day on November 14 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. At Bokkapatna Govt Higher Primary School, Mannagudda, Mangaluru, the Centre for Post Graduate Studies in Commerce celebrated Children’s Day on November 11, 2023. 15 students actively participated in the hour-long event by engaging the schoolchildren in a variety of activities.
The PG Coordinator, Swathi Nayak, along with the faculties from the department, handed over the stationery items for the use of schoolchildren. School Headmistress, Mrs. Dresil Lilly Menezes proposed a vote of thanks.
Our students were intended to gain a sense of social integration through this extension activity.
