The meeting commenced with a prayer led by Mrs. Rakshitha, a faculty member of the department. Mrs. Babitha S. extended a warm welcome to the newly joined students of the 23rd Batch, embracing them as members of the BCA family, and introduced the faculty members. She also provided information regarding the admission process, fee payments, and examination enrollment in the UUCMS portal, and introduced the NEP system.
The first session was hosted by Mrs. Vinutha, while the second session was led by Mrs. Rajyalaxmi. In the second session, Mrs. Prathima Baliga extended a warm welcome to the students.
During the occasion, lab programmers Mrs. Amitha, Ms. Meghana, and office assistant Mr. Sudesh Kumar were in attendance. In total, 230 First Year BCA students participated in the program and were subsequently added to the official WhatsApp group through a QR code.
