A one day workshop on “Capacity Building” was conducted for the BBM/BBA students on December 18, 2017. Sri.Kiran Vasanth, CA. FCA. Mangaluru was the Resource Person. A degree is not a guarantee for an employment opportunity. But, it is a reliable indicator of individual’s competency. In addition to which the students have to imbibe good behavioural patterns to be competitive in the job market. So, to adhere these qualities, the workshop was organised. This workshop comprised sessions on Group discussion for enhancement of team spirit, Effects of attitudes and behaviours, Powerpoint Presention skills. It is indeed a great day for the students.
This session was interactive where the students were asked to share the problems faced due to lack of confidence. The program was beneficial for all the 78 students and it served to achieve the core values of fostering global competency and eliciting quest for excellence amongst the students.
