A workshop on “Effective Class Room Management” was conducted for the faculty on 8th June 2012. Dr Malini K.V., HOD of Chemistry and Student Welfare Officer introduced and welcomed the Guest, Resource Person Prof. Radhakrishna,Professor in Commerce, JCBM College Shringeri, Master Trainer in HRD,TQM.The Prinicpal, Prof. M. Satish Bhat expressed his views on the need for conducting such programme.Sri M. Vaman Kamath,Alternate Treasurer of CHS Association addressed the gathering and put an insight on the role of teacher in managing the class effectively. Sri S.S Kamath, President of CHS Association gave his presidential remarks. Sri Ranganath Bhat, Secretary of CHS Association graced the occasion. Mrs. Pushpanjali, Dept of Botany proposed the Vote of Thanks and Mrs. Prathima V. Baliga, Dept of Computer Science, compered the programme. The workshop was very thought provoking and inspiring in terms of both controlling and motivating students.
