Industrial Visit to KMF Dairy, Kulashekara

The Rovers and Rangers unit of the college organized an industrial visit to KMF Dairy at Kulashekara on March 7, 2026. A total of 19 students actively participated in this programme.

During the visit, the students were introduced to the various stages involved in milk processing, including collection, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging. The officials at the dairy explained the importance of maintaining hygiene and quality standards at every stage of production.

Students had the opportunity to observe modern machinery and automated systems used in the dairy industry. They also learned about storage techniques, cold chain management, and the distribution network that ensures fresh dairy products reach consumers.

The visit was highly informative and provided students with practical exposure to industrial operations. The interaction with industry professionals helped to enhance their understanding of real-world applications of their academic knowledge.

The students were accompanied by Ranger Leader Dr. Savitha D K and Rover Scout Leader Mr. Karthik N.
