The Department of Physical Education was organized an Inter-Class Best Physique Competition on March 09, 2026 in Indoor games hall for all the interested students. The event aimed to encourage students to focus on physical fitness, discipline, and overall well-being. This program was inaugurated by our Principal Dr. Premalatha V. Physical Education Directors, Mr. Avinash and Mr. Karthik coordinated among the students. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various classes. Participants showcased their physique, fitness, and confidence in front of the judges.
A total of 5 participants actively took part in the competition and displayed their dedication, confidence, and commitment to maintaining a healthy physique. The participants were judged based on their body composition, posture, symmetry, and overall presentation.
The winners of the competition were Thanish P. Puthran of III BCA C who secured the first place, followed by Suhas P. Amin of I BCom A in second place, while Keerthan Akshay III BCA D and Kshithij Bangera of II BCom B shared the third place.
The competition was conducted smoothly and witnessed enthusiastic participation. It served as a platform to inspire students to adopt a healthy lifestyle and develop an interest in fitness activities. The event concluded successfully with appreciation for all the participants.
