The Anti-Ragging Cell of our college organized an orientation programme on Anti- Ragging for all the first-year students on August 12, 2025. All the first-year students were educated about the menace of ragging and related punishments by doing so. Students were informed to consult the conveners of the Anti-Ragging Cell or their Academic Mentors in case of emergency. The Convener of the Anti-Ragging Cell, Mrs. Usha Nayak, briefed the students on how to login to the website and understand the helpline number and Anti-Ragging policy of the college. Students were also informed about google form will be shared after a week in-order to identify the knowledge they gained towards Anti Ragging Awareness Programme. Students were also shown photos and videos of zero tolerance for ragging. Mrs. Shailaja Kumari, Co-Convener of the Anti-Ragging Cell, was also present during this awareness programme.A total number of 400 first year students were benefited from this programme.
The Google form of Quiz on Anti Ragging Cell Awareness is shared for all the streams of first year class official whats app groups on September 09, 2025.This awareness programme contributed to National Development and inculcated a value system among the students.
