The Department of Zoology organized “Bridging Knowledge and Expression: Article Writing Activity”for I, II and III year Zoology students from March 14, 2025 to March 25, 2025. The activity aimed to develop student’s scientific writing skills and encourage them to articulate biological sciences concepts effectively.
A total of 40 students participated and provided well-researched insightful articles on various topics within the subject of biological sciences. A few students also expressed the themes of their selected topics through artwork, creatively integrating visual elements to enhance the scientific concepts presented in their articles. The articles were displayed on the noticeboard to encourage student participation.
The best two articles from each class were shortlisted based on content clarity, originality, and relevance. Among which, Ms. Shrinidhi R Shetty of II B.Sc. secured the first place, while Ms. Samruddhi of III B.Sc. earned the second place.
