A Session on Business Letters

The Centre for Postgraduate Studies in Commerce organized an engaging session on business letter writing for the previous batch of M.Com students on June 06, 2025, at 2.30 PM in Room No.20. The session was conducted by Mrs. G Sneha Pai, Lecturer at the Centre for PG Studies in Commerce, who focused on equipping students with essential business communication skills. Various types of letters, including inquiry letters, complaint letters, order letters, and cover letters, were discussed, with examples and formatting tips. The session focused on making the students understand the importance of tone, clarity, and professional structure in business communication.

The session included practical activities where students drafted sample letters and received feedback on structure, tone, and language. The Program was coordinated by Mrs. G Sneha Pai under the guidance of Mrs. Swathi Nayak, PG Coordinator of the M.Com. 30 students of the pervious M.com participated in the session.
