The Centre for Postgraduate Studies in Commerce organised a One-Day State Level Conference on “Virtual Vistas of Bharat: Unlocking India’s Creative Capital through Digital Twins and Smart Business Strategies” along with the Inter-Class Commerce & Management Fest – Rananeethi 2K26. The ceremony included the welcome address, lighting of the lamp, unveiling of trophies, and inspiring words from the Chief Guest, CA Prasanna Shenoy Mangalpady, followed by the presidential remarks of Principal Dr. Premalatha V. The technical session by CA Prasanna Shenoy Mangalpady offered valuable insights into the conference theme. This was followed by the Research Paper Presentation Competition, featuring 55 participants presenting 35 papers across three panels, judged by eminent academicians.
Parallel to the conference, Rananeethi 2K26 was conducted with great enthusiasm. Eight teams competed in Chakravyuha (Business Management event) and eight teams in Shathranj (Trading event), with a total of 38 participants from II and III year B.Com and BBA classes. Each event comprised multiple challenging rounds, judged fairly and effectively. The programme concluded with the valedictory session at 4:00 p.m., graced by Chief Guest CA Vrinda Konnar and President Sri CA M. Jagannath Kamath, where prizes were distributed to the winners.
The success of the programme was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the staff conveners, Mrs. Sneha Pai and Mrs. Shwetha Pai, along with the tireless contributions of the student conveners and committees.
