The NSS Units of our college organised the “Act for Impact: Street Play Skills Workshop” for NSS volunteers on November 27, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. at Smt. Ratna S. Shenoy Memorial Seminar Hall. The session was facilitated by Mr. Arjun Prakash, Assistant Professor, St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, who is experienced in theatre and street play training.
During the workshop, Mr. Arjun trained students in Basic and advanced street play techniques, Body movement and stage presence, Expressions and gestures, Voice projection and modulation, delivering strong social messages, Creating audience engagement in open spaces. The session was highly interactive, including short practice performances by the volunteers. A total of 76 volunteers participated the workshop.
