The Fine Arts Association of Canara College, Mangaluru, organized a Pencil Sketch Competition on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” on October 28, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. in Room No. 5. The competition was held as part of Vigilance Awareness Week to sensitize students about the significance of integrity and accountability in daily life. 7 students actively participated in the event, expressing their understanding of vigilance and responsibility through artistic sketches. The competition not only showcased their creativity and imagination but also emphasized the value of being alert, honest, and responsible citizens.
The event was coordinated by Mrs. Usha Nayak, Convener of the Fine Arts Association, with assistance from members of the association. The activity successfully instilled the spirit of awareness and ethical responsibility among students.
