Under the IQAC initiative, The Centre for PG Studies in Commerce organized a session named ‘Fold the Unfold: Mastering the Art of Paper Envelopes’ by Ms. Priti B.Shenoy of M.com Final on the occasion of World Environment Day on June 6, 2024.
The session aimed to educate the students on creating eco-friendly paper envelopes from recycled materials. The session began with welcoming the IQAC Coordinator, Mrs. Anasuya Bhagavath, and the gathering, followed by the brief introduction of the resource person.
Ms. Priti B.Shenoy gave a detailed demonstration on how to create a basic paper envelope. She also gave instructions on measuring, cutting, folding, and gluing the paper. The students were encouraged to decorate their own envelopes with various designs. She also taught the students to prepare a personalized bookmark with paper.
63 students from the M.com Department participated in the program.
