The Centre for PG Studies in Commerce organized a program titled “Expectations of Corporates from Post Graduates: An Interactive Session with Aryashikha, HR Executive of KVP Business Solution” on June 17, 2023. A total of 23 final-year M.Com students actively participated in the session.
The program commenced with a formal introduction of Ms. Aryashikha, who then took charge of the session. Throughout the interactive session, she provided valuable insights on various aspects, including the different types of interviews conducted in corporate settings and essential tips for successfully clearing interviews.
To make the learning experience more engaging and practical, she organized a role-playing activity where students took on the roles of HR professionals and candidates, providing them with hands-on experience in interview scenarios. This role play allowed the students to better understand the dynamics of interviews from both perspectives.
Ms. Aryashikha also conducted educative games that stimulated the students’ skills and prepared them for the corporate world. These games served as valuable learning tools, enhancing the students’ abilities to handle real-world corporate challenges.
