A career guidance programme was conducted in our college for I and II year M.com students on February 15, 2017. The resource person was Mr. Ronald Pinto who was the Dean of St. Aloysius College, Mangaluru.
Mr.Pinto took a session on “Career Guidance”. The session started with a welcome address by Vanita D’souza. The resource person gave important tips for writing an effective resume. He encouraged students to write the competitive exams like IAS, IPS, Bank Exams (IBPS) etc. He also had thrown light on the job opportunities in the Government sector & their benefits. Also, he made the students aware of the type of questions that can be asked in an aptitude test. 88 students participated in the programme.
