To make the students aware of the importance of self development through participation in commerce and management fests.To acquaint them with the opportunities available for self development.
A guest lecture session was conducted for the I M Com students on August 8, 2015. The resource person for the session was Sri Vinayak Shet, Alumni of Canara First Grade College and an eminent lawyer. The resource person shared his experiences as a student and stressed on the importance of taking part in all the activities of the Department. 47 students participated in the programme.
Students were made aware of the mindset and determination required in PG.
They were able to understand the vast opportunities at their disposal for developing soft skills and additional skills required for getting ready to enter the job markets.
