The inaugural function of fine arts association was held on 3-8-2013 at T V Raman Pai Convention Centre. Sri Shashidar Kote, renowned singer and Doordarshan artist from Bangalore was the Chief Guest, Dr Roopa the President of the Association delivered the introductory speech. Sri S S Kamath, the President, Canara High School Association was the President of the function. Principal Prof. M Sathish Bhat, the honorary Secretary of CHS Association Sri M Ranganath Bhat, the alternate treasurer of CHS Association Sri M Vaman Kamath, Student Secretaries Miss Harshitha 3rd BCA and Mr Kaushik 3rd BCOM were present on the occasion. Chief Guest, Sri Shashidar Kote entertained the audience with his hit songs. The function was followed by the cultural programmes by the students.
