Kannada Association, Canara College, conducted Jnana Paripoorna, an inter class quiz competition at college seminar hall on September 04 and 06. It comprised of interesting as well as informative rounds on sports, politics, science, movies, geography, history, religion etc. The preliminary round was held on September 4 and the final round was held on September 6, 2017. Gautham and Kishan, III B Sc won first prize, Ramkrishna Bhat and Pradeep Mallya, III B Com G1 won second prize, Vidya Shetty and Bhadresh Mallya, I BBA won third prize in the competition. Prinicipal Dr. K V Malini gave prizes to the winners and she appreciated new initiative of Department of Kannada. Prof. Thara Kumari, convener of the Literary Association, Prof. Vani, HOD and Convener of Kannada Association were present.
