The Department of Physical Education organized an Inter-Class Table Tennis Tournament on November 20th &21st, 2024 in the T.T. Room for all the interested Men & Women students. This program was inaugurated by our Principal Dr. Premalatha V. Physical Education Director, Mr. Avinash coordinated among the students. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, enhance sportsmanship, and provide students with a platform to showcase their talent in table tennis. The matches were conducted under the supervision of Physical Directors ensuring fairness and adherence to official table tennis rules. Participants displayed exceptional skills and determination making every match a thrilling experience for the audience. The final matches were particularly exciting with close contests.
In the men, section, a total of 14 members were registered. Shreyas of III BCom B was the winner and Pruthvi Ram, II BCA D was the runner. In the Women’s section, Total 5 members were registered. Pranathi of II BCA B was the winner and Rishika A.S. of I BCA B was the runner. The purpose of organizing this tournament is to develop students’ mental acuity and to improve coordination among them. Students participated enthusiastically in this tournament.
