The IT Association organized a hands-on workshop titled “Explore Modern Web Platforms” on October 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Computer Lab 1. The session was conducted by Mr. Sushanth K, Associate Software Engineer at Tetherfi Technologies, Mangaluru, and an alumnus of Canara College.
During the workshop, Mr. Sushanth provided practical demonstrations on modern web development platforms, offering participants real-time experience in building and managing web applications. He also shared valuable insights on current trends, industry expectations, and key skills required to excel in web development.
The event was well-coordinated and featured contributions from Priyanka (II BCA C), who served as the Master of the Ceremony, Shreya Shenoy (II BCA C), who delivered the Welcome Speech, and Manya (II BCA C), who proposed the Vote of Thanks. The workshop was presided over by Mrs. Babitha S, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Applications, along with the conveners of the IT Association, and actively engaged students in hands-on learning and practical exposure to modern web technologies.
