Dr.Tukaram Poojary, President, Rani Abbakka Tulu , Adhyayana Kendra, Bantwal, the Resource Person of the function narrated few stories giving examples of how the culture disappear along with the language.He also said language and culture doesn’t exist individually.
Dr.Premalatha,Principal delivered the presidential remarks.Mrs.Savitha D.K, Convener of Tulu Sangha, Mrs.Adithi Nayak Convener of Konkani Bhasha Vidyarthi Mandal,Mrs,Shailaja P. Convener of Kannada Sangha were present on the occasion.
Finally the program concluded with the song sung by Sudhiksha, IIBcom and Shwetha Kamath, I BCA as a mark of cultural identity.40 students of the association participated in the program. Students realized the importance of the mother tongue and the use of technology to preserve the native language.
