A programme on Swachchata Abhiyan was conducted by the Literary Association on July 17,2019. Keeping the environment clean will help the human mind to understand and build a healthy society. Thus it is necessary to create awareness among students a sense of cleaning priorities and responsibility. As a part of Swachchata Abhiyan Literary Association undertook an extension activity. An Initiative to clean the garden at Chethana Child Development Centre (Unit of Sevabharathi), Mangalore. 40 students took part in this initiative. Coordinator Dr. ShantalaVishwas and Conveners Prof. Thara kumari, Prof. Rithika Das and Prof. Sujatha Nayak were present.
