Group discussion was held for all the members of the Consumer Forum on January 30, 2018. Students of Consumer Forum Association were formed into two groups for group discussion. The topic given was impact of demonetisation on consumers.Both the groups put forth their views regarding demonetisation. They explained the purpose of demonetisation, benefits to citizens and government and problems faced by bank customers during exchange of old currencies with new. They even shared their experience regarding the same. 23 students actively participated in the group discussion
This activity helped in breeding fresh ideas and taking inputs from students. It enabled students to identify a solution for a particular problem. It also helped in evaluating students thinking, listening and communication skills and ability to work as a part of team
