The IT Association conducted Flip competition on July 19, 2017 for the members of the association. Topics such as Hangout, Bus, Bridge, Apple, Windows, Python, Mouse, Hike, Drive, Cloud, Paste, Chips, mother board were given to the participants in advance to collect the information about each topic.
Each participant was allotted 2 minutes of time to speak on the technical and non-technical aspect of the topic they chose on the spot for 2 minutes. On every flip issued by the judge they had to switch on the aspect. It was organized by a team of IT Association members.
Mrs.Adithi Nayak, Asst. Professor, Department of Computer Science was invited as the judge for the competition.Mr.Hariranjan, IBCA introduced and welcomed the judge and gathering.Mr.Amit Achuyt Adpekar and Mr.Pradeep Kumar of I BCA explained about the rules and regulation of the competition Mr.Prajwal Kumar Shetty, I PMC noted the time for the event.Mr. Manish R. Upadhya,III BSc and Ms.Soumya Prabhu,III BCA demonstrated about the event for the participants to follow.Mr.Prasanna Bhagavath and Ms.Soumya Prabhu ofIII BCA guided the organisers in conducting the event.
Ms.Shwetha , II B.Sc. was winner of the competition.
The programme came to an end by proposing vote of thanks by Mr.Hariranjan, IBCA.
Conveners of IT Association Mrs.Jayabharathi K P and Mrs.Prathima Baliga observed the event. All 21 IT members participated actively in this event.
