Educational field visit to Madikeri and Kushalnagar forest area was conducted by Department of Botany on September 03, 2016 for34 students of II BZC. Students were studied local plants with their natural habitat and also collected specimens of Pteridophytes and Gymnosperms mentioned in the syllabus. Professor and Head of the Department Dr.M.S.JoishiKumble, Madhushree, AssistantProfessor guided the students in Specimen collection. Lab Assistant Mr.Prashanth helped the students in collecting the specimen and samples.Students has documented and submitted the report during practical examination.
