The Youth Red Cross of Canara College, Mangaluru, conducted a session on Consumer Rights and Protection at the college on August 8, 2018. The resource person, Mrs.Vinoda V Nayak, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, explained why every consumer needs to know the rights and duties of being a consumer and a customer. 42 students from Youth Red Cross participated in this session. Ms. Dhanya S. Shet,convener of the Youth Red Cross Unit, welcomed the resource person.
