To raise students’ general awareness of ethical dilemmas at work and to enable students to validate personal ideas about various ethical perspectives, a Seminar on ‘Ethical Models’ was organized by the Department of Commerce and Management, Canara College, Mangaluru at Seminar hall on August 08, 202 from 2.15pm to 4.45pm. The topics highlighted in the seminar were Ethical Confrontations, Ethical models/Frameworks and Applying models to Ethical Dilemmas. 50 students benefitted from this Seminar. The session concluded with sharing of feedback by the students.
Participants were able to recognize organizational challenges to ethical behaviour and to demonstrate knowledge of established models of solving ethical problems. This seminar achieved the core values of Quest for Excellence
