The MCom Department organized a Mutual Fund Investment Awareness Programme on June 12, 2025, as part of an initiative by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to educate students on effective wealth creation through mutual fund investments. The session provided valuable insights into various investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning, aiming to enhance financial literacy among participants.
The programme featured Mr. Arjun Prakash, Assistant Professor at Aloysius Deemed to be University, as the resource person, who shared expert knowledge on mutual fund investments and their role in wealth creation. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Swathi Nayak, PG Coordinator, and witnessed active participation from 68 students, reflecting keen interest in understanding sustainable investment opportunities
