The Department of Physical Education organized an Inter-Class Power Lifting Competition on March 21st,2025, in the Gym Room for all the interested Men & Women students. This program was inaugurated by our Principal Dr. Premalatha V. Physical Education Director, Mr. Avinash coordinated among the students. In the below 60 kg Category, a Total of 05 members were registered. Somprasad of I BCom B was the winner and Tejas Shetty of II BSc was the runner and Dhiraj, I BCom B, won third place in the competition.
In the above 60 kg Category, a Total of 07 members were registered. Rakshan of II BBA was the winner and Kshitij of I BCom B was the runner-up, and Third place was bagged by Takshil of I BCom A. In the Women’s section, Ananya N. K. of I BCom A secured First Place and Prathisha V. Rai of III BCA B secured Second Place, and Dhani of III BCom B won Third Place in the competition. The Inter–class Powerlifting Competition was a grand success and received an overwhelming response. It only helped students showcase their strength and talent but also encouraged a healthy lifestyle and active participation in fitness-related activities.
