In pursuance with the above objective, the recruiter from the Goan Institute® International Consociation of Education (GICE), Kerala, visited the campus for the conduction of Pre-Placement Talk and on-campus recruitment for the job position Skill Development Faculty (Soft Skills Trainer), for the registered candidates, was held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in the College Seminar Hall.
The process began with a preliminary discussion with the TIP Coordinator, followed by a Pre-Placement Talk with the registered candidates. The Recruiter, in his Pre-Placement Talk introduced the organization, Job Role, Job Description, Location, CTC, among other aspects relating to the job. This was followed with the candidates facing the screening and elimination round, written test, and topic presentation round.
Out of 12 registered candidates, 11 attended the Pre-Placement Talk and participated in the screening and elimination round, followed by the written test and topic presentation. All 11 candidates successfully cleared these stages and were shortlisted for the final interview. The final interview was conducted at St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, on March 22, 2025. Following the interview process, one candidate was selected for the position.
The TIP Coordinator Mr. Hardik P. Chauhan welcomed and introduced the recruiter to the gathering; and also proposed the vote of thanks.This programme strived to promote the core values of fostering the global competency and quest for excellence among the job aspirants.
