The Center for Women and Gender Studies of our college organized a workshop on “Gender Awareness and Sensitivities” organized on January 13, 2022 in Seminar Hall. The resource person for the day Mrs. Preetham Kamath, Facilitator, Behavioral Trainer and Counsellor. She formed different groups amongst the students and each group was given interesting tasks to accomplish like building a tower using dominoes, blind folding, innovative ideas promoting gender equality etc. the objective was to improve the mutual understanding of the boys and girls and to inform the students about the benefits of a gender equal society. The workshop was a fruitful endeavor. 100 interested students benefitted from this workshop
