A capacity building activity on leadership skills was conducted by Kritika Bhat of Final B Com student on February 26, 2020 in Room number 5 to the Commerce Association students. In this session she highlighted on the various leadership styles, their significance and the importance of making wise decisions.Students gained a greater understanding of their own personal identities and how their identities shape their leadership and followership. They also learnt how to use their minds, their hearts, their voices, and their ears to constructively engage and collaborate with others. 50 students took part in this programme.
