We all know that modern recruitment process is not a cake walk process. It is complex than it used to be in earlier times. Gone are those days, when only basis marksheets and degree one used to grab a job. Now selection in a company depends on how you perform during your group discussion and personal interview. With this background and fact, a group discussion on the topic stated above was held on August 7, 2018, at 3:15 PM, in Room No. 42. Of the total students present, they were put into two groups and were given their topic. The groups then evaluated each other with constructive suggestions. Faculty Mr. Hardik P. Chauhan gave an overall review and feedback about the activity.35 students participated in this activity.
