To encourage reading habits amongst the students regarding Book Bank Scheme distribution of Book Bank Programme was held from July 1 – 31,2018, in the Library Hall.
Book Bank facility is one of the demanded services in academic libraries. Proceeding Book Bank facility is very much helpful in fulfilling student’s requirements for the prescribed books on semester basis.
A student may get a maximum of five books from the Book Bank at a time. Books will be issued at beginning of each semester as per the schedule notified for the purpose. Books will be issued for whole semester. A fine will be levied if books will not be returned as per the schedule.
Majority of the users were satisfied with the Book Bank facility. Books issued to the deserving students of B.Com, B.B.A and B.Sc. 535 students availed 700 books from the Book Bank facility of the college library.
