The Seminar was conducted on July 23, 2016 in Manipal University. 14 students from III B.Sc. attended the workshop along with the staff member Dr. Asha Kiran Pakkala. The resource persons gave a talk on the following topics:

- Ray Optics
- Biosynthesis of Proteins
- Spectroscopy
After the Seminar session we had a lab visit. We visited the labs in which the following demonstrations were presented.
- Zone Plating
- Raman Spectroscopy
- Induced Decay Semiconductor Diode
- Biosynthesis of Proteins
- Nano Samples
The Seminar and the lab visiting were very interesting and useful.
