A seminar on “Banking and Consumer” was conducted for the members of Consumer Forum Association on January 22, 2020 in Room No. 25 at 3.15 PM. The resource person Mrs. Swathi Nayak, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce started the session by giving an introduction to banking system and technological developments that are taking place in banking system. She also explained various grievances faced by the people in dealing in banking system, and also procedure to get redressal for the grievances. 20 members of Consumer Forum Association along with the staff coordinators Mrs. Jayashree Shetty and Mrs. Ashalatha participated in this session.
