On the occasion of Konkani Manyata divas, Konkani Bhasha Vidyarthi Mandal conducted Intra-Collegiate Konkani quiz and Konkani singing competition on August 21, 2019.
25 students participated in the quiz competition. Rakshith (I Prize), Ranjan Nayak (II Prize) and Priyesh Kamath (III Prize) were the winners.
10 singers participated in the singing competition. The competition was judged by Mrs. Vinoda Nayak, Faculty of Commerce Department, Canara College and Mrs. Laxmi Hegde, Faculty of Business Administration, Canara College. Divya (I Prize), Keerthi (II Prize) and Apoorva Nayak(III Prize) were the winners.
The prize distribution programme was conducted on Konkani Manyata Divas.
Mrs. Swathi Nayak the convener of Konkani Bhasha Vidyarthi Mandal coordinated the event.
