The NSS unit of the college organized poster writing and guest lecture program relating HIV and AIDS awareness. The program is conducted in association with District AIDS Prevention and Control Board Mangalore. Poster writing completion was held on March 21, 2019 and nearly 35 students participated in the poster writing completion. Organized a lecture on HIV AIDS Awareness on March 22,019. Dr. Kishore M, Senior Chief Medical Officer at Govt. T B and chest diseases hospital, Mudushedde was the resource person. He educated the students about reasons for HIV and explained myths about HIV and AIDS. He answered to the quires of the students. 70 NSS volunteers attended the programme.
