The Centre for Advanced Women and Gender Studies organised a one-day workshop on Gender Awareness & Sensitivities on September 8, 2018 for all the class representatives and members of the students’ council. Ms. Niveditha Mirazkar, a well-known Human Resources trainer, was the resource person. 51 students (23 boys and 28 girls) participated in this interactive workshop. Mrs. Seema Prabhu S., Director of the Centre, conceptualised and organised this workshop. Mrs.Thara Kumari and Mrs. Smitha M., co-conveners of the Centre, coordinated the programme.
