The Youth Red Cross Unit of Canara College, Mangaluru conducted a Workshop on Team Management on September 20, 2017. The Youth Red Cross Unit of Canara College, Mangaluru conducted a Workshop on Team Management on September 20, 2017. Dr.Rajashree Kini , Assistant professor of Dept of PG Studies in Commerce, Canara College, Mangalore was the resource person .She explained that team management is the ability of an individual or an organization to administer and coordinate a group of individuals to perform a task. She also stressed that teamwork, communication, objective setting and performance appraisals are the key elements of Team Management

An activity was conducted and a message was conveyed to the students at the end.In an interactive session students asked many questions and 17 students were benefited by the program.Ms.Dhanya S Shet, the Programme of Youth Red Cross, Canara College Mangaluru welcomed the resource person and Ms.Shifali compeered the programme.
