A Parents and Teachers Meeting of I BBA Students was held on Saturday September 17, 2016 at 3.15 p.m. in the college Seminar hall. The Parents of all the students with their wards had attended the meeting with their due responsibility.
Prof. Samarth Shenoy, Academic Advisor of the Class welcomed the gathering. Prof. Pushpalatha HOD Business Management spoke on the importance of holding such meetings. The meeting was held with the following objectives:
- To make the parents to meet the teachers at periodic intervals.
- To make the students to obey the disciplinary rules of the college.
- To enhance the working culture among the students.
- To build moral emphasis on the teachers, students and parents in achieving the mutual objectives and thereby contribute to quality enhancement.
Parents were informed about the books provided to their wards through book bank facility. Performance Report of 1st Test was issued during the meeting. Suggestions were also sought from the parents for conducting retest/improvement test. Feedback from parents was also collected to know the loopholes or shortcomings. Parents assured to give their wholehearted support in building moral values in their wards and thereby, in upholding the name and fame of the college.
